gc裡數一數二的酒店我衹能説 真的超棒 超復古 完美的繼承了范思哲前身的味道 無論是房間擺設還是room dining 華麗復古四個字無法完全概括我的驚訝 衹是目前的運營團隊更換後比較敷衍 女朋友想要個梳子也沒有 洗浴用品也不是很足 然後前台的態度也有點差 電梯裡有衹巨大的蟑螂嚇得女朋友往我身上跳 但總體來説 能夠保存並運營成這樣 真的很不錯 導致後來去萬豪入住真的感覺索然無味 裝潢相比萬豪實在簡樸

As soon as you walk its old school wow... elegant and stylish, It may be a bit aged but i love old style hotels. For what is a stayed for was definitely worth the price. Pool to drink and be stress free at was great, the High Tea was yum, staff seem a little distracted in that area....the buffet breakfast catered to everyone and the staff were lovely in there. Oh no milk in the room for morning coffee?? but all in all it was a beautiful place. I will be back

老酒店，維護的不好，很舊，房間的燈光也很暗，衞生間淋浴間的水會流到外面很多，等等….設施非常非常非常陳舊，完全不值這個價錢，一樓走廊還有漏水，地上幾個水桶在接水….早餐也是非常非常一般。還好衹定了兩晚，白天一直在外面玩，晚上湊合住住吧，都不想早點回酒店，因為實在太舊了。避雷吧，不要被照片欺騙了

房間的位置非常好，但是設施比較old fashion。不少地方都有些老舊損壞。入住當天酒店人員也沒有提醒我們第二天有早飯，我也搞忘了，衹能第二天早飯也沒吃。退房了之後你就不能到泳池去游泳了，也比較遺憾。

The hotel itself was fine, but it’s clear it has seen better days. Some maintenance is needed across both the public areas and guest rooms. While everything was clean and tidy, it feels like little has been refreshed since the rebrand to Imperial Hotel. We stayed a year ago, also in winter, and unfortunately the experience this time didn’t match the quality of our previous visit. The staff overall were friendly, though a few of the front office team could use a reminder that a warm smile goes a long way. Having worked in the luxury hotel sector for many years, I know firsthand how much that simple gesture can enhance a guest’s stay. Our main disappointment was with housekeeping. During our four-night stay, our room was not serviced on the third day - we had to request it after 6pm. The following day it was serviced, but not fully: towels were removed but not replaced, and amenities such as body wash were not replenished. We didn’t dislike our stay, but the overall experience fell short compared to last year. With some attention to maintenance and service consistency, the hotel could once again deliver the high standard it has been known for.

酒店雖已裝修較久，但保養得很好。酒店的裝修還是很有品味的。室外的游泳池晚上很漂亮，設計得很有特點，非常喜歡。早餐不錯，服務也可以。酒店地理位置不在市中心，酒店旁邊一個有一個小的shopping mall, 但晚上6點就關門了。周邊沒有其他商店了。

Нет тут особо роскоши. Экономят на персонале: на ресепшене провела минут 15 на check in. За завтраком скудная еда, и та в 9 заканчивалась. Полотенце у бассейна ждала час. Подогрева воды в бассейне нет.
